BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS
BBBSNCA
From 2021–2024, I worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area on a full social media relaunch after the organization had been inactive online since 2018. I developed a new social media strategy, redesigned content across platforms, and executed campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter to rebuild their digital presence from the ground up.
This included designing social content for events, match anniversaries, monthly match stories, educational posts, and seasonal holiday campaigns, along with print donation cards used at in-person fundraising events across the National Capital Area. The relaunch led to a 2376.5% increase in platform engagement and a 44.6% growth in followers, strengthening both awareness and community connection through social media storytelling.
